By using Leefab Digital Visiting Card platform (card.leefab.in), you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Leefab Digital provides a SaaS platform to create, manage, and share digital visiting cards. We offer free trial and premium subscription plans.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid mobile number and email address
You must verify both via OTP before accessing the platform
You are responsible for maintaining your account security
One account per mobile number / email

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
Use the platform for gambling, adult content, or fraud
Spam or abuse the system (rate limits apply)
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer or scrape the platform

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (logos, images, text). By uploading, you grant us permission to display it on your public card. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Subscription & Payment

Free trial period as displayed on the pricing page
Premium features require paid subscription
Payments are processed externally (not through our platform)
No auto-renewal without explicit consent

6. UPI Payments

Our platform displays merchant UPI details for direct payment. We do NOT process, store, or guarantee any UPI transactions. Payments go directly between the payer and merchant.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the admin panel or by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leefab Digital is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
