2. Premium Subscription

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• After 7 days, no refunds will be issued
• Partial refunds are not available

3. Non-Refundable

• Accounts suspended for policy violations
• Subscriptions used beyond 7 days
• Custom development or support services
