  1. All payments made for Digital Visiting Card services are final and non-refundable.
  2. Once a digital card is created, delivered, activated, or published, no refund, cancellation, or partial refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  3. Customers are responsible for verifying all business information, contact details, logos, and images before approval.
  4. Free corrections for typing mistakes may be provided at our discretion within the support period.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for change of mind, non-usage, business closure, or customer-side errors.
  6. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
