Leefab Digital ("we", "us", "our") operates the Digital Visiting Card platform at card.leefab.in.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you register and use our service:

Name, mobile number, and email address (for account creation)
Business information (name, address, phone, products, gallery images)
Payment information (UPI ID for display only — we do not process payments)
Usage data (login timestamps, device info for security)

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and display your digital visiting card
To authenticate your account (OTP verification)
To send password reset emails
To improve our platform and user experience
To prevent fraud and ensure security

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud database) with encryption. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA512. Session tokens are HttpOnly cookies. We do not store payment card details.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your card data is publicly visible to anyone with the card link (this is the purpose of the product).

5. Your Rights

You can edit or delete your card data at any time
You can request account deletion by contacting us
You can export your data via the admin panel

6. Cookies

We use HttpOnly secure cookies for session management. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
